Registration
The registration fees are as follows:

Early-bird registration will be open until April 27th, 2026, AoE.
The registration fees include:
• All sessions and program materials.
• Poster session receptions.
• Banquet Dinner.
• Daily refreshment breaks and lunches.
• Optional tutorials on Sunday, June 7th, 2026 (while space is available).
Code of Conduct
People who register agree to abide by the conference code of conduct.
Visa
A visa letter can be requested during the registration process. Visa letter requests can be made to the administrative email address admin@qec-conference.org
Financial Hardship
QC Design has provided a travel fund to support the attendance of students for whom funding issues would prevent their attendance. To check availability please email the administrative email address admin@qec-conference.org
